Soma is a muscle relaxant that can be purchased over the counter. Two or three times a day is the norm for most patients. The pain of some people may be alleviated for a short period of time. Some patients may experience an unpleasant or even adverse reaction to the medicine. Skeletal muscle discomfort can be relieved by Soma, but it is not a cure-all. Acute pain and cramping are the only indications for its use.
